I have been a driving instructor for over 6 years. I had almost 3 years at BSM in Mansfield and then moved to Byron S-O-M for 2 years and for the past two years have been on my own. In that time I have enjoyed a high pass rate throughout, I teach pupils to drive safely and with the confidence to expand on their abilities to drive, which is at good use when their driving is tested.
We learn at your pace, with a gentle push in the right direction if required. I am patient and friendly and have a light blue Ford Fiesta to follow and is a small car with a huge heart.
The Driving Standards Agency recommend 45 hours with a Driving Instructor and 25 hours private practice for an average 17 yr old student, that makes it quite an expensive hobby, but is a life skill and you should only need to learn to drive once.
Your job prospects improve greatly if you can drive and the freedom driving gives you can change your life by miles. I am fully clued up on the new test that has been in operation since October 2010.
